Walker Wilson is an Asset Manager at Lingerfelt. In this role, he is focused on investment management, portfolio performance, investor reporting, lender relations, portfolio valuations, oversight of leasing and operations, and capital expenditure oversight across Lingerfelt’s portfolio of industrial and multifamily properties. Walker began his real estate career in 2021 at Dobrin Properties where he took on the role of acquisitions and financing manager. Walker acquired over 600 units for the company across a variety of asset classes including single-family, ground-up construction, LIHTC, and large multifamily communities. He sourced over $75 million in financing for the company’s 1000-unit portfolio and served as a debt consultant placing over $50 million in financing for other real estate investors located along the East coast. In 2023, he became Dobrin’s asset manager and focused on the performance and stabilization of the company’s new acquisitions, as well as their long-term holdings. Walker is a graduate of Lehigh University where he achieved his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and competed on the Division I Swim Team.
