Kathleen A. Connolly currently serves Lingerfelt in the role of Senior Accountant.  Kate’s career began at The General Electric Company in Schenectady, NY, where she completed their Financial Management Training Program.  She has held various accounting, financial, and general business roles of increasing responsibility across manufacturing, information technology, real estate, and service industries across the United States.  Prior to Lingerfelt, Kate was founder and president of Connolly Appraisal Company, LLC a residential real estate appraising company operating in the greater Richmond area.  Other roles in the real estate industry include Director – Operations Finance and Audit with a Midwest regional residential and commercial real estate developer.

Kate holds a B.A. degree in Accounting from Mercyhurst University and an M.B.A. from Virgina Commonwealth University and is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.
