Kasha Timmons is a Senior Administrator & Project Coordinator at Lingerfelt. In this role, Kasha supports the firm’s development and investor relations initiatives. Before joining Lingerfelt, Kasha was a Client Service and Compliance Senior Associate at a real estate investment firm that specialized in multifamily apartment properties. Prior to that, she worked with a top 50 RIA firm, with over $10B in assets under management, providing investment compliance and client services solutions. At Lingerfelt, she is primarily responsible for investor subscription management, onboarding new investors, and supporting existing clients, as well as project management for the firm’s development projects.
