Chris serves as the VP of Accounting & Finance for Lingerfelt. Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate, Chris was the CFO for a residential real estate developer in Richmond and an Audit Manager at Cherry Bekaert LLP. Chris is responsible for assisting with the budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting for Lingerfelt’s real estate portfolio. Chris is a proud graduate of James Madison University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
