Investment Summary

Watkins Medical Center is a 120,000 square-foot, 2-building ground-up partial build-to-suit medical office project that is currently in pre-development stages. Phase I of the project, consisting initially of a standalone 40,000 square-foot medical facility, will break ground in Q4 of 2025 and will deliver in Q4 of 2026. Phase II will break ground upon completion of Phase I and sufficient pre-leasing.
