Hank Loughran is Managing Director, Capital Markets & Investor Relations at Lingerfelt. He oversees the capital fundraising activities to meet the company’s growth goals by executing capital strategies, leading the firm’s distribution team, cultivating institutional, private equity, family office, RIA, and high net worth clients. He also manages the Investor Relations team. Since 1998, Hank has raised more than $3 billion in capital for the private alternative asset firms he has represented. Prior to joining Lingerfelt, he was Senior Vice President, Head of Capital Markets, and Investor Relations with Bonaventure. In this capacity, he had P&L responsibility and oversaw the building and stabilization of the 10-person capital markets and investor relations team. He successfully expanded the sales territory coverage throughout the entire U.S. and managed the capital formation for the private multifamily REIT and development projects. He was a voting member of the Investment Committee. Previously, Hank was Managing Director, North America with Agecroft Partners from 2010-2021, a hedge fund and private equity placement firm, where he led significant capital raising from institutional LP investors. His background also includes executive stints at PaineWebber (now) UBS, and Sanford Bernstein. Hank earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. Hank was an Executive Board Member, Vice President, and Treasurer with SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now).
