Investment Summary
The Southeast Hotel Portfolio (“SE Hotels”) is a portfolio of 5 hotels, comprised of a 208-room DoubleTree and a 111-room Hampton Inn both located in Atlanta, Georgia, a 170-room Fairfield Inn & Suites and a 139-room Fairfield Inn & Suites both located in Orlando, Florida, and a 130-room Courtyard Marriott located in Charlotte, North Carolina, for a total of 758 rooms. SE Hotels was acquired on January 29, 2015 at a purchase price of $68.5 million ($90,000 per room). The hotels within the portfolio received approximately $8.5 million in capital improvements associated with Property Improvement Plans (“PIPs”) during the hold period. The portfolio was sold in December of 2018.
