The Innsbrook Office Portfolio is a 994,925 square-foot, 14-building portfolio of class-A office-flex properties located in the Innsbrook submarket of Richmond, VA that was acquired by Lingerfelt’s predecessor on May 12, 2011. The portfolio was acquired from Liberty Property Trust in an off-market transaction. At acquisition, the portfolio was 80% occupied by 102 tenants. The disposition of the Innsbrook Office Portfolio was completed via Lingerfelt CommonWealth's recapitalization of the investment in 2013.
