The Hampton Roads Office Portfolio is a 1,319,299 square-foot, 22-building, class-A portfolio of office and flex properties located in Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, and Hampton, Virginia. The portfolio was acquired on June 23, 2015 alongside an institutional joint venture partner. The portfolio was approximately 87% leased at the time of acquisition. During the 4-year hold period, the portfolio received approximately $1.7 million in capital improvements and $6.6 million in tenant improvements for leases executed. The portfolio was sold in March of 2019.
