Cedar Lakes Center is a 35,659 square-foot class-B shopping center and outparcel pad site located in the Great Bridge submarket of Hampton Roads, VA which was acquired by Lingerfelt’s predecessor alongside an investor group on December 3, 2004. LCP constructed the existing outparcel building in 2007, adding an additional 7,000 square-feet to the center.
