Included in the purchase was the 786-space parking garage adjacent to the building. At acquisition, the building had a weighted average lease term of 6.1 years and was anchored by Burns & McDonnell, an engineering, architecture and consulting firm. The building has received more than $15 million in capital improvements since 2012, of which more than $5 million was spent on lobby and common area renovations, elevator modernization, and significant HVAC upgrades.
