Investment Summary
Ashton Creek Distribution Center is a 173,800 square-foot ground-up speculative industrial distribution building. Ground breaking occurred in March of 2023 and the project delivered in February of 2024. The property was fully occupied by A&A Transfer, an MEI Company, as of September of 2024. In February of 2025, the project was expanded with the addition of the adjacent 10 acre IOS yard. Lingerfelt sold the asset in May of 2026.
