Investment Summary
7 Hills Distribution Center is a four-building, multi-phase, 820,800 square-foot ground-up speculative industrial development currently in the pre-construction phase of development. Phase I of the project will break ground in October 2025 and will deliver in late 2026. Subsequent phases of the project will break ground following the stabilization of previous phases or in the event of pre-leasing or Build-to-Suit arrangements.
