Unrealized Seven Hills Distribution Center is a four-building, multi-phased, 820,800 square-foot ground-up speculative industrial development currently in the pre-development phase of construction. Phase 1 of the project will break ground in June of 2024 and will deliver in June of 2025. Phase 2 of the project will break ground following the completion of Phase 1.
