Investment Summary
I-66 Commerce Center is a 3-building, multi-phase, 687,200 square-foot ground-up speculative industrial project currently in the pre-development phase. Phase I of the project will break ground in Fall 2026 and will deliver in Fall 2027. Subsequent phases of the project will break ground following the stabilization of previous phases or in the event of pre-leasing, Build-to-Suit, IOS requirements, or land sale arrangements.
