Investment Summary

Watkins Medical Center is a 120,000 square-foot, 2-building, ground-up partial build-to-suit medical office development. Phase I of the project, consisting of a standalone 40,000 square-foot medical facility being built-to-suit for Richmond Heart & Vascular Associates, is currently under construction and will deliver in Q3 of 2027. Phase II will consist of up to 80,000 square-feet of medical office space in a single building, and will break ground with sufficient pre-leasing.
