Ashton Creek Distribution Center is a 173,800 square-foot ground-up speculative industrial distribution building. Ground breaking occurred in March of 2023 and the project delivered in February of 2024. The property was fully occupied by A&A Transfer, an MEI Company, as of September of 2024. In February of 2025, the project was expanded with the addition of an adjacent 10 acre IOS yard.
